Under Divya Shri Inframart Group’s Public Welfare Residential Plots 2025-2026, plot sizes of
100, 200, and 300 square yards are available.

1. 100 sq. yard plot Size 20X45: 
   • • The Allotment amount will be  Rs.31,000/- within 30 days.

   The cost of the plot with IDC/EDC will be  Rs.9,000/- per sq. yard. The total cost for   100 sq. yards will be  Rs.10,00,000/-The Booking amount will be  Rs21,000/-.

   • The remaining amount will be (Plan A)   Rs.84,800/- per month in  10 easy interest-free installments.
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan B)   Rs.38,545/- per month in  24 easy interest-free installments.
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan C)   Rs.24,942/- per month in  34 easy interest-free instalments.
2. 200 sq. yard plot Size 40×45:
   • • The cost of the plot with IDC/EDC will be   Rs.9,000/- per sq. yard. The total cost for   200 sq. yards will be   Rs.20,00,000/-.
     • The Booking amount will be   Rs.31,000/-.
     • The Allotment amount will be   Rs. 51,000/- within 30 days
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan A)   Rs.1,71,800/- per month in  10 easy interest-free installments.

3. 300 sq. yard plot Size 45×60:
   • • The cost of the plot with IDC/EDC will be   Rs.9,000/- per sq. yard. The total cost for   300 sq. yards will be   Rs.30,00,000/-.
     • The Booking amount will be   Rs.51,000/-.
     • The Allotment amount will be   Rs.71,000/- within 30 days
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan A)   Rs. 2,57,800/- per month in  10 easy interest-free installments.
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan B)   Rs.1,17,190/- per month in  24 easy interest-free installments.
   • The remaining amount will be (Plan C)   Rs.75,825/- per month in  34 easy interest-free installments.
4. Shop Size 12X20:
   • The empty shop plot will cost   Rs.8,00,000/-.
   • The construction cost will be   Rs.12,00,000/- including all facilities.

Terms & Conditions

1. If the plot is paid in 12/24/36 months via easy installments, a special discount will be provided as per company guidelines.
   • A-10% PLC (Prime Location Charge) will be applicable for corner plots, east-facing plots, and plots adjacent to roads with 2 lanes.
2. Payments for plots will be made in the name of the company via Cheque/DD/RTGS/UPI.
   • B-Plot registration will be subject to relevant government taxes and expenses.
3. The plot will be registered in the name of the buyer after full payment is completed. If partial payment is made, only the residential plot will be registered.
4. The buyer must make the booking within 10 days from the application date.
5. The buyer cannot cancel the booking after two installments have been paid. In such cases, the booking will be void (as per law).
6. Electricity and water facilities will be made available to the buyer according to company guidelines.
7.  The land is free hold & converted under section 143-81-U-P-Z-A-L-R -ACT
