    • The empty shop plot will cost   Rs.6,00,000/-.

Terms & Conditions

 
  1. If the plot is paid in 12/24/36 months via easy installments, a special discount will be provided as per company guidelines.
    • A-10% PLC (Prime Location Charge) will be applicable for corner plots, east-facing plots, and plots adjacent to roads with 2 lanes.
  2. Payments for plots will be made in the name of the company via Cheque/DD/RTGS/UPI.
    • B-Plot registration will be subject to relevant government taxes and expenses.
  3. The plot will be registered in the name of the buyer after full payment is completed. If partial payment is made, only the residential plot will be registered.
  4. The buyer must make the booking within 10 days from the application date.
  5. The buyer cannot cancel the booking after two installments have been paid. In such cases, the booking will be void (as per law).
  6. Electricity and water facilities will be made available to the buyer according to company guidelines.
  7.  The land is free hold & converted under section 143-81-U-P-Z-A-L-R -ACT
