Terms & Conditions
- If the plot is paid in 12/24/36 months via easy installments, a special discount will be provided as per company guidelines.
- A-10% PLC (Prime Location Charge) will be applicable for corner plots, east-facing plots, and plots adjacent to roads with 2 lanes.
- Payments for plots will be made in the name of the company via Cheque/DD/RTGS/UPI.
- B-Plot registration will be subject to relevant government taxes and expenses.
- The plot will be registered in the name of the buyer after full payment is completed. If partial payment is made, only the residential plot will be registered.
- The buyer must make the booking within 10 days from the application date.
- The buyer cannot cancel the booking after two installments have been paid. In such cases, the booking will be void (as per law).
- Electricity and water facilities will be made available to the buyer according to company guidelines.
